How to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads with a simple remedy

Wanna clear up nose before your holiday parties? Here is the perfect tutorial for you. My friend showed me this remedy and it has left my nose softer than ever and it has plucked all the nasty bacteria in my nose. Love it!
Here is what you need:
The minty sensation in toothpaste will pry open your open pores and it will kill bacteria. Also it will deep cleanse your nose and pluck out any blackheads. Salt is a natural disinfectant and exfoliant, plus it does not dissolve in toothpaste, making it the perfect combination.

First you are going to have to squeeze out some toothpaste. The toothpaste color does not matter.
Then sprinkle your salt on the toothpaste.
Mix thoroughly until well blended.
Then apply paste to your nose and instantly you should feel your pores opening up. Leave the paste on for 5 minutes. Then scrub your nose in a circular motion to pluck out your blackheads and exfoliate your nose. Afterwards, rinse nose with warm water then cold water to shrink your pores. Then you can apply toner, it's not really necessary though. And if your nose is pink don't worry it will go away after 5-10 minutes.

Gifts for the Crafter: Hootie Cutie Owl Pincushion

So I am back again with another Gifts for the Crafter gift. This time it is an owl pincushion. But better yet, you really don't have to use for a pincushion. You can use for decoration and all sorts, but after all it is a gift for a Crafter. Anyway, let's jump into the tutorial.
You will need:
white and brown felt
solid fabric
one matching fabric with a design on it
my Hootie Cutie Owl pattern

To download my pattern click here. First cut out the pieces. You are going to need 2 owl bodies, 2 eyes, 2 pupils, and 2 wings. For the body you can use the solid fabric or the fabric  with a design, but just make sure that the wings have a different fabric. The big circle is the eye and the smaller circle is the pupil. You will need two of these. The triangle is the beak and the two oval shaped things are the wings. One left and one right.
First thing to do is the pin the wings to the owl body and sew.

Next, sew the white part of the  eye on the owl.
Then sew the pupils on the eye.
Then sew the beak. This part is very difficult because the beak is small so beware.
Then take your other owl piece and put right sides together and sew around leaving a hole at the bottom.
Turn the body inside out and press.

Stuff owl body with fluff.
Sew by hand the hole up.
I kind of added a scrappy effect to the hole because the owl looks like he is made out of scraps. Now you are finished. Make sure you wrap this pretty because it is a really cute pincushion.

Gifts for the Crafter:Cupcake Ornament Sewing Tutorial

Gifts for the crafter is basically a segment where I show you things you can make for the crafter.
My good friend of mine got this really cute cupcake ornament that I absolutely adore!

I thought to myself why don't I make my own cupcake ornaments? This is where I got the idea for this cupcake ornament sewing tutorial.
You will need:
cupcake ornament pattern (the link is in the next paragraph)

First you need to download my cupcake ornament pattern  here. I wouldn't actually recommend using the cherries, cherry stems, and the cherry leaves. I would draw them out myself. Anyways, use the patterns and cut them out accordingly on your felt. Now there are two ways you could do this tutorial. You could sew it by hand and it will look like this:
Or you could top stitch it like me.  If you were to sew by hand you would first take your cupcake part and sew it to the cupcake liner across. Then you would take your frosting and sew it to the cupcake on top across. Then take your cherry stem and sew to the cherry. Afterwards, take your cherry leaf and sew the cherry to the frosting part and then sew ribbon on. Make sure it is were the cherry is so you don't get this awkward stitch on the frosting. That's how you  sew it by hand.

Of course if you top stitch it will look way better! First you want to pin your cupcake liner, cupcake, and frosting.
And then topstitch all the way around.
Now to add the lines like a cup cake liner we are going to sew straight down. Do this four times.
It's coming together! To do the cherry all have to do is take the stem and sew across the cherry. Then take the leaf and sew across the cherry too.
Next sew the ribbon to the cherry. Here I am using red thread to hide the stitching on the cherry!
Then sew the cherry to the cupcake and then you are finished!
I love this tutorial so much! Hope this has helped!

It then has your email with a dot and it asks to type in your secret words. You could either Publish emails immediately or save emails as draft posts.Once you did this click Save and go to your email and type your blog post.
It should have done what you asked for when filling out the Posting Options. Example: Publishing emails immediately.

Honey so Sweet Lipscrub

Many people use remedies on their bodies to exfoliate their skin for softness and moisture. But did you remember about your lips? Exfoliating your lips will not only make your lips hold moisture, but will prevent chapping.

Another thing I want to add to this before getting started is that I used honey and sugar for this scrub because I guarantee you that you will get a very tiny proportion of this scrub in your mouth and you do not want a very bad taste in your mouth. I am pretty sure you want I sweet taste in your mouth.
You will need sugar and honey.

First thing you are going to do is take your sugar. Two tablespoons will do. Then combine with Honey until you get the consistency you want.

My  result looks like this:

I love this Honey Sweet Lip scrub so much and it's especially good at moisturizing your lips in the winter!

3 Digital Scrapbooking Sites you have to check out!

Recently I have been trying to find a very cute background for my blog button. One of the solutions to this is finding free Digital Scrapbooking Sites. It's free, cute, and and less time consuming! I would recommend these websites for online scrapbooking.

This site even has free 'Mini Kits'!

2.Shabby Princess
Although you can't use the backgrounds for commercial use, it's always good to find a site that has decent backgrounds. I would recommend 'Shabby Mommy' and 'Sweet Sprinkles'

Hope you found this helpful!
P.S. Here is the button I made out of the Spring Fever Mini Kit!

Simple White Cake Recipe

Now I don't about you, but these cupcakes are amazing. I love these so much. I have used this recipe for a very long time, ever since my friend shared the recipe with us. It's easy, fast, and less time consuming.
Here is how you make it.
You will need:
1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
200 g granulated sugar
115 g butter
2 eggs
10 ml vanilla extract
190 g all-purpose flour
8 g baking powder
120 ml milk
Preheat oven to 350ºF or 175ºC. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
In a medium or lage bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.

Then beat in the 2 eggs. One at a time.

Afterwards stir in vanilla.
Combine flour and baking powder and a gradually add to the mixture.
Finally, stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
Line and pour mixture into your muffin pan and let cupcakes cook for about 20-30 minutes. Cupcakes are finished when you touch and they spring back up.

Glamorous Towel

Some towels these day can be quite expensive! Talk about how some of them don't match your style! In this tutorial I will show you how to glam up your towel from drag to fab!
You will need:
A plain towel
sewing glue
glueable and bejewelled  flowers

Well I just had this boring piece or blue ribbon with green polka-dots and another piece that was green with blue polka-dots. All did to make it better was glue both ribbons together and combine this
amazing piece of ribbon!
Your ribbon should be long enough to go across and wrap on both sides of the towel. Glue the ribbon straight on the towel and let it dry.
Next you are going to go off the edge fold it and put glue on the towel. Then you are going to put the ribbon down. Let it sit and dry. I put a pin in there to hold it in place while the ribbon is drying.
That’s it if you just want the ribbon.
Want some sparkle?
Put your bejeweled flowers in place and glue them.
Well that is it! Enjoy your towel!
